The New York Focus invoice, once delivered along with the pertinent photography, is a binding contract, which in turn describes the specific right of use for each and every photograph. Copyright becomes validated upon receipt of payment and constitutes a binding agreement between New York Focus and its client or clients for said job described in the aforementioned bill for services.

The photography, defined in the aforementioned contract, may be delivered by DVD, CD by email, ftp or YouSendIt. The bill for payment may be enclosed or sent separately at the client's request.

New York Focus photographs are not transferable to third parties for any commercial purpose whatsoever. This includes web display, brochures, presentations, press or any other display for which those individuals are not authorized by sale or a prior written agreement.

All individuals considering the use of New York Focus photography for commercial purposes should be certain of their copyright authorization and aware of the stringent penalties for violation of federal copyright statutes as described in Title 17 of the United States code and the Copyright Royalty and Distribution Reform Act of 2004
